Curriculum Vitae
Veronika Kocher studied art and design education at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, specialising in textiles, new media and cultural studies. After many years of professional experience in data administration and process management as well as further training in digital curation, data management, library and information science, she has been working at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna at the interface of cultural and information sciences since 2020. As part of the projects Portfolio/Showroom, the institution's digital research information system, and IMAGE+, the platform for open art education, she supports the digital integration of art and research collections, their data modelling and interface design and, as a librarian, the university library, the collections and the archive of the Angewandte. Her research focuses on archiving, contextualising and researching the material culture of games.
