Since 2020 the Department of Media Theory (Gabriele Jutz) has cooperated as a partner with “Ecstatic Truth,” an international research network (founded in 2016) that organizes an annual symposium exploring the interface between animation and documentary, with a particular interest in questions raised by experimental and practical perspectives.
