This video will focus on the use of copyright licenses in Portfolio. When uploading your own work to Portfolio, you can choose between several different licenses which define how and if your work can be used by others. Choosing a license when uploading your work to a public platform is a very important decision and many factors need to be considered. Detailed instructions can be found on the repository of the University of Applied Arts Vienna: https://phaidra.bibliothek.uni-ak.ac.at/o:38251 0:27 First example: Uploading your own work 01:28 Copyright and Creative Commons at a glance 03:35 Second example: Uploading someone else’s work This video was created in close collaboration with the research project “IMAGE+ Platform for Open Art Education”.
