Beschreibung

The curatorial concept of the TEF exhibition suggests to understand the exhibition as an experiment extracted from the joint research project TEF/Technology Exchange and Flow. The exhibition is considered as a field study on the concept of the Prosumer, an experiment of the participatory reception in an comparative situation of disperse image and video/ film materials, but also as an art piece itself. It does not show the results in a traditional sense, which would be impossible as most of the result is very heterogenous, from historic trading cards, images, video, low quality and desk captured film material, however, the research findings are expressed in text,. The IP research aims to disseminate the particular findings on topics of the joint research project up to the moment of the show. The exhibition experiment will be evaluated after the exhibition and is part of the research process. The selected exibition location is part of the curatorial strategy.
