Evolution develops something new out of an already existing situation. The development of a fabric with four layers which are partially cut open, shifted and seem to find new shapes themselves. Familiar elements of garments are newly interpreted through the partial detachment of fabric layers. For me these materials offer a new design method which gives the opportunity to create forms by displacement of layers that would not be able to imagine.
