Wanda Strauven is affiliated with the Institute of Theater, Film and Media Studies at Goethe University Frankfurt. Her research focuses on early and avant-garde cinema, media archaeology, tactile media.
Her fourthcoming book (2021) is entitled "Touchscreen Archaeology" and examines the century-long history of hands-on media practices.
