Text

This session explores Digital Content Co-Creation as a vital pedagogical competence in art and design education. Going beyond tool proficiency, it focuses on cultivating shared authorship, participatory practices, and reflective collaboration in digital environments. The talk outlines a learning plan that integrates conceptual clarity, intuitive experimentation, and inclusive co-creation protocols. Participants will encounter methods such as collaborative sketching, asynchronous co-authoring, and co-creation with AI—designed not only to teach digital collaboration, but to reshape how we learn, make, and think together. By highlighting both practical exercises and critical reflections, the session engages with the affordances and tensions of co-creation: authorship conflicts, non-verbal dialogue, equity, and emergent decision-making. Attendees will leave with adaptable strategies and a renewed understanding of how co-creative environments can foster inclusion, creativity, and trust in the classroom.
