(Odyssey, Homer) The work consists of sound sources and spatial sound effects in a virtual environment. The orientation of the head - which follows the binaural positions of the sounds - maneuvers the visitor through the acoustic spaces. The personal journey through the virtual space of the score creates a unique space-sound experience. Where these elements are located can also be seen on a map, which consists of circles. Each circle represents either a sound source or a spatial effect. The advantage of an acoustic space is its inherent immersive quality. The work therefore does not attempt to recreate architecture acoustically, but rather to create different acoustic spaces that are interconnected within an architectural framework in virtual space and whose temporal structure is determined by the movement of the recipients.
