The group exhibition deals with the most inevitable part of every existance. Juxtaposing works of art that span a cultural-historical arc from the Middle Ages to the present "Being Mortal - Sterblich Sein" traces the deep meaning of death in individula aswell as collective and socio-political contexts. The show at Dom Museum Vienna focuses on intimate, personal approaches as well as the public, political role of dying and the process of facing death.
