ICON, founded in 1995, is the journal published by ICOHTEC focused on the history of technology. ICON, published annually, includes articles, review essays and book reviews on all aspects and periods of technological history by members as well as non-members. It encourages research of a transnational character focused on global technologies and seeks to encourage cooperation between scholars across national or political boundaries.
