Fluidity seems to be an important term of our times. Fluid identities, information flood, money flow, infinite scrolling, Bilderflut, switching from one language to another. Allround Schwimmer sein. We are surrounded by technology, which gives us access to an infinite pool of information, images and ideas. Which strategies do we use to process all these things around us?
Ich mag es, Dinge ineffizient zu machen, unnötige Zwischenschritte, vermeintlich perfektionistisch und doch dilettantisch und kompliziert. Das Schöne bei solch einem Unterfangen ist die Möglichkeit abzudriften. Das Ziel liegt zwar in der Nähe, aber man kann es nur unscharf sehen, als wäre man kurzsichtig. Daher nähert man sich intuitiv. Schließlich ist es gar nicht so wichtig ans Ziel zu gelangen, sondern einfach zu schwimmen.
