Judith P Fischer
Institute of Art and Technology, Life Drawing
2026W, scientific seminar (SEW), 4.0 ECTS, 2.0 semester hours, course number S02685

Description

The realization of an idea at the intersection of art, culture, and society can lead to multifaceted results. This course develops strategies and teaches methods for creating an exhibition project that incorporates all available resources. Individual brainstorming sessions (idea + concept) result in (fictional, independent) projects, which are supported from the initial idea through planning to implementation. In addition to theoretical knowledge, communication skills are acquired, and individual qualities are fostered. Excursions are included in the course, providing insights for the students' own project.

The goal of this course is to impart theoretical and practical knowledge for carrying out art projects!

Presentation language: German

Examination Modalities

The acquired skills will be presented and discussed through a presentation of the completed project. The written and graphic documentation (a working model is also welcome) as well as the oral presentation based on your submission will be assessed.

Exam date: January 19, 2027, 10:30–12:00 | Backup exam date: January 26, 2027, 10:30–12:00
