Beschreibung
This practical course uses the theme of landscape to teach both basic and more advanced painting techniques, primarily using oil on canvas. The focus is on developing a work that engages with the concept of landscape painting. Alongside this, we will visit exhibitions and read texts in order to examine and critically reflect on historical and contemporary approaches to landscape.
Prüfungsmodalitäten
Regular attendance, presentation of works developed during the course.

The course takes place in the project room of the Painting Department,
Oskar-Kokoschka-Platz 2, Schwanzer Trakt, 6th floor.
