In between the lines: read, write, relate, re-write, re-read

In different languages, the verb read is not only applied to the act of reading a text; it can also be used to mean reading a room, reading a situation, mind-reading, or reading between the lines. We can read non-tangible abstract spaces. 

In this workshop, we will start by reading a common text, followed by a group discussion of our interpretations, questions, and ideas that emerge from the reading. We will discuss those and find, reflect, and question our modes of reading, the space of the text, and the space of the book.

We will gather all those reflections and experiment with how we can materialise our discoveries in a new printed object.
