Description

The aim of this course is to equip artists with the skills necessary to meet the demands of today's art market. The theoretical component of the course will explain the history and origin of colors/pigments, supports, and their development to the present day. The differences between organic and inorganic materials in art creation, their properties, handling, and application will be explored in detail. The practical component will consist of intensive exercises in the form of block seminars. These seminars will provide students with the opportunity to apply their newly acquired knowledge through hands-on workshop practice.
