- projections and mappings
- construction with ruler and compass, sketching and free-hand drawing
- coordinate systems
- correct visibilty
- drawing and reading special types of projections (parallel projections - oblique and orthogonal)
- construction in images (intersections, shadows)
- simple surfaces of revolution and their properties
- construction of points and tangents of intersection curves, especially conics
- free-hand drawings of special classes of surfaces (e.g. ruled surface)
- construction of perspective images by means of the intersection method
Examination Modalities
The examination modalities will be explained in the preliminary meeting.
Comments
The course consists of a lecture part and an associated exercise part. For your enrollment the participation even at the first lesson is mandatory.
