Description
Praxismodul III - Corporate Design - Basics, Design and Project Execution "The Logo and its Application": Corporate design and brand design explained by example using the creation of a style sheet. We will primarily discuss the technical aspects of logo design and application and learn about the essential components of corporate design.
Praxismodul IV - Image Management and Raw Conversion "From Photo to Image": Image Management Workflows. Adobe Lightroom, Capture One and Adobe Bridge basics and tools. First image processing steps with Camera Raw. We will learn the essential aspects of Raw conversion, prepare images for output and highlight the interaction with Adobe Photoshop.
Examination Modalities
Compulsory attendance as a basis for evaluation. The examination takes place during the workshop in the form of a time-limited examination task.
Comments
The Praxismodule I, II, III and IV can be combined freely. In order to receive one ECTS point (1.0 SemStd.), the completion of at least two of the four modules per semester is necessary. If four modules are completed, 2.0 SemStd. will be credited as usual.
Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required. Start times, on time. In principle, co-occupants may also participate in the workshop. The workshop will be held in German. Participants will have access to an English-language script.
