This seminar accompanies the lecture series 'Transformation Transformation Transformation Transformation? Seven Critical Perspectives on Museums', but can also be attended independently. Selected texts from sociology of art and organizations, art theory and aesthetics, postcolonial studies, political science and design will be discussed to contextualize the lectures in relation to larger debates on transformation in the museum field.

The lecture series "transformation..." is a separate course. You can participate both in the seminar and the lecture series, or in one of them only. Either way, please register with Felix Koberstein's classes and mine to receive the full amount of ECTS.
