2025W, Lecture with Practical Exercises (VU), 1.0 ECTS, 1.0 semester hours, course number S05699

Description

In a world on fire, with diminishing social states and institutions, and drying out hopes, societies rumble and brace for the impact, not realising that we already went past these doors. In this new age of long emergency*, artistic expression resonates with survival, and we are to capture these exchanges for the sake of us all.

The course will take us on a collective journey through artistic inquiry and message conveying. Spanning across protocols, gestures, everyday life practices, urban cultures, gadgets, and gossip, we will seek the moving messages and the ways of embodying them among their audiences while catering to mutual care.
