Description
From Photoshop and Lightroom into the Darkroom
Conceptually, working with Photoshop is derived from analog darkroom practices, so all tools are modeled after analog work. In this lecture, we will return to its origins and apply the tools such as stamps, gradation curves, masking mode, text tool, zoom, lasso, eraser, blur, dodge, burn, etc. to analog enlargement (color and black and white) and post-processing of prints.
Prior knowledge of analog darkroom practice is necessary to parcipate; students in the Applied Photography and Time-Based Media class will be given priority!
To earn 2 ECTS credits, you must also register for lecture S05072 by Lisa Rastl
