The seminar introduces the participants each term to different areas of typography and its related disciplines. Through a variety of briefs and projects, the seminar offers the opportunity to accumulate highly specific skills as well as process general and conceptual questions in the field of communication design.

This term the seminar will tackle the typographic grid. The participants will negotiate information, material and methods to conceptually and technically analyse and synthesise this system of organisation.

The final mark will be an accumulation of attendance, contribution, learning curve and the practical work.
