Becoming familiar with essential microorganisms relevant to restoration and conservation and their physiological properties. Recognising and classifying microbially caused damage to an object.
Systematic approach to biogenic damage and development of prevention and treatment concepts.
Basic microbiological working techniques (theory).

Written exam, ca. 45 min.
