Guided by the idea of cross-disciplinarity, this course gives students the time to keep an individual study journal during the course of the summer semester. The aim is to process the insights that arise from a meta-reflexive theoretical perspective on connections and common denominators between the courses attended, from project work, from heterogenous theoretical insights, and eventually from contradictions and conflictual academic debates.

The first session will include an introduction to standpoint theory / situated epistemology, reflexive writing, and visual analysis.

Writing of a reflection paper on basis of an individual study journal, using the first person in a manner inspired my situated epistemologies.

Mandatory attendence of the introductory session on March 18 plus on a given date in June , where everybody is expected to present the individual reflection on basis of the study journal in a suitable form.
