This seminar is dedicated to the topics of public and living space. The goal is to develop the spatial specifics of Vienna through historical and international comparisons. The following topics can be developed in your own projects: vacancy rates, green space, parking space, municipal housing, rental costs, ownership rate, demographics, diversity of neighborhoods, influence of tourism, surface temperature, access to green space and water, rental laws, and many more. At the end of the seminar, a topic should be well developed and a political proposal for improving the space should be worked out. All media formats (graphics, films, texts, memes, etc.) can be used to communicate the politics and economics of space.
