Description
This is the follow-up to the winter semester course 2024W/S05122 which builds on the coding knowledge and introduces data analysis concepts to enable students to analyze and visualize data in scientific or artistics projects.
Prior knowledge of the basics of coding with Python is necessary.
Students use code to explore and visualize data, using a practical hands-on approach.
Data analysis concepts are explored to learn about what it means to prepare, clean, analyze and visualize data in order to find patterns or to visually communicate messages based on the data. By combining data analysis with creative coding, students can use data in their artistic practice as well.
