Description
Building on the course "Technologies/Practices" and in co-teaching with Peter Kozek (Seminar Performance and Space), this seminar develops individual artistic experiments. The focus is on how body and voice shape encounters and exchanges with others. This can lead to live performances or inspire the staging of objects, images, installations, and texts. In this seminar, we have the opportunity to present our results on the MQ Summerstage on June 10, 2024. Various methods of providing and receiving individual and collective feedback will be introduced and understood as part of the artistic process. The journey from a conceptual question to realization and public presentation will be accompanied by individual and group discussions. The learning goal of this course is to be able to create and communicate performative experiments and stagings.
Examination Modalities
Regular attendance and presentation of a live performance as a solo or group work.
