Energy < Attitude < Support
The aim of the course is to develop a teaching concept (with reference and localisation to the curriculum and the above-mentioned topic) for the subject of art and design, to try it out and test it in practice, and then to reflect on, evaluate and adapt it. The adapted concept is to be prepared as an open source toolbook.
Attendance of the course Translating I is expressly recommended, as this can be used as a link.
Seminar paper of 20,000-25,000 characters (body of text: process of implementing the teaching concept and theoretical, didactic contextualisation and evaluation of the concept, images and descriptions of the conceptual steps, the adapted toolbook in the appendix)
Toolbook* (see notes for submission requirements)
Last possible submission date: 28.2.
Submissions after the deadline cannot be considered, the seminar must be repeated.
1) Pre-attendance of the course Translating I is strongly recommended, 15 students can be accepted for the course. We ask for your understanding and refer you to the alternative offer.
2) The course must be attended in parallel to the subject-related school practice (FASP).
3) The course must be attended in parallel with supervision (FASP).
4) Continuous attendance (maximum of three excused absences). If there are more than three absences, the course must be repeated.
5) If the submission deadline cannot be met for health or other personal reasons, an e-mail must be sent to the course management by the last possible day of submission at the latest. Only in this case can a grace period of 14 days be granted [RMB1][EG2].
6) In the event of a serious illness/inclusive need, we ask students to contact Ms Veronika Merklein [Disability Officer for Students] (merklein@uni-ak.ac.at).

8) Access to In-Design:
Programmes (as well as training) are available to every Angewandte student throughout their studies in the computer studio (OKP 5th floor, 510). It requires an independent one-off request by e-mail to computerstudio@uni-ak.ac.at with your full name, article number and field of study. The key can then be collected from the porter with ID. Ms Birgit Hertel can help with problems and questions about the programmes (PS, AI, Indd, After Effects, Animate, Wordpress, general project advice...) on site; consultation hours can be found here https://computerstudio.uni-ak.ac.at/#sprech. The computer studio can be used 24/7, as long as no course is currently taking place: https://computerstudio.uni-ak.ac.at/#kalender. Further information at: https://computerstudio.uni-ak.ac.at/
