Through the communication between the visual design of each frame, sound design and image editing, we discover the exciting world of film design.

I have been working as a film editor for many years, editing feature films, documentaries for TV and cinema, commercials and music videos.

In film editing, the question is not just: What do I decide? But also what do I not decide and why? At what point do I hold on to the viewer and when do I let go? Everything is created in your head, from your perceptions and emotions. Good editing is felt, not just seen.

This semester is all about - where do I want to direct the audience's emotional gaze and how do I make it happen?

80% attendance. Creation of several projects.

Teaching and learning methods:

*Lectures with media support to show the variety of methods used in the field
*Practical experience through field trips to professional companies
*Group discussions on the topics presented
*Joint development of project ideas
*Individual and group presentations of some self-created projects.
