klasse für Alle - a vocabulary of collective (art) practice

Andrea Lumplecker
Arts and Society, Art and Knowledge Transfer
2024S, artistic Seminar (SEK), 2.0 ECTS, 2.0 semester hours, course number S05121

Description

In this seminar, we will in the theoretical part explore the keywords that form the basis of the project of Klasse für Alle. We will choose the terms that seem most relevant to us from a list, expand the list, read key texts, discuss and write. Each participant will be responsible for formulating 2-3 keyword texts /graphics, which will be collected in a publication (ABCDarium). The form of this publication will be decided together: it could be a manifesto, a reference book as well as a calendar.

On the practical side, we will (together and in teams) come up with new formats of events for Klasse für Alle that relate to our vocabulary, and invent tools for reaching out to a wider audience than the art community. We will put into action some of these formats in the week of Angewandte Festival, together with the audience we created.
