Description

Introduction to working with DaVinci Resolve, no previous knowledge necessary.

All functions of DaVinci Resolve and a professional way of working with the editing program are taught using examples.

Some of the topics discussed will be:

  •     Structured workflow for video editing
  •     Technical know-how on video formats and codecs
  •     Transitions and editing techniques
  •     Sound editing and music editing
  •     A/V sync
  •     Color correction and color grading
  •     Titles, subtitles and text-based editing
  •     Correct export setting
  •     Effects, keying and masks

From the first steps in Resolve and how to set up a project correctly, through color grading and the use of effects and graphics, up to exporting correctly, you will learn how to complete a videoproject sucessfully with DaVinci Resolve.

Examination Modalities

At the end of the course, you will be given the task of editing a video in which you have to apply the techniques you have learned during the course. The material is provided. The deadline is the last unit.

Comments

Physical presence is required, there will be no mediation via online videos.
