In the last three years, this course has engaged with various formats: publication, lectures, exhibitions making. 

The focus of this year - Winter and Summer Semester - is on working with and through performance in relation to questions of self-representation, agency, and public visibility, at the intersection of the individual memory and the collective history. 

Artistic strategies in relation to performance is approached in the broad sense, including:  lecture-performance, discursive platforms, video and sound work, photography. The goal is to deepening knowledge and experimenting with the various strategies that can be developed and implemented. 

During the Winter Semester, the group critically examined notions of artifacts, archives, and amateur photography, all in relation with the production of dominant historiographies. 

This exploration was articulated with the study of strategies of storytelling.

With this work, the group examined hypotheses for the making of a collective performance project.

The Summer Semester will be devoted to the production of the performance project and its presentation with a public event in June 2024.
