Description

In this course, we work with moved cameras and make cinematic recordings.  The film camera as an extension of one's own body is tested: For this purpose, we cooperate in 4 units with Peter Kozek (Angewandte Performance Lab) and work with our own body in space. In addition to classic cinematic storytelling, we try out experimental camera movements and cinematic storytelling. Examples from art performance and narrative cinema become a source of inspiration.  Through the practical exercise, the basics of cinematic recording techniques with the Blackmagic Pocket, Panasonic, Go Pro, etc.  and teaches the basics of film editing and cinematic resolution.

Comments

Limited number of participants. Due to the limited workstations and equipment, the course is primarily accessible to students of the Department of Photography and Time-Based Media. In principle, co-occupancy is possible.
