The artistic core subject is at the heart of the EXPERIMENTAL GAME CUTLURES program. Artistic works, exhibition projects and LUDIC research are developed here. All of this contributes to the progress of the MAster's work.
The goal of the Artistic Major is to develop, investigate and open up new forms of politically relevant art in the field of experimental game cultures. New game concepts, terminologies are to emerge, established game mechanics are to be questioned. In a constant exchange feedback we develop relevant LUDIC METHODS, art that reflects and reflects, shapes and transforms necessities of contemporary societies.In regular weekly Wednesday seminars process of experimental game culture are strategically located in art and society.
Based on transdisciplinary themes, a discursive approach to principles of game design, art, and intervention is developed. LUDICAN ART & METHOD are signposts to possibilities of new forms of society, politics and coexistence.
The goal is the development of Game Changer Games!
-Participation in weekly artistic major input, feedback and project work.
- Participation in LUDIC METHOD lectures
- Contribution to exhibition projects
- Response to the year's theme in relation to the individual final project.
To receive a certificate of completion, you must attend weekly, develop an exemplary prototype, and upload it to our virtual PLAY SAVINGS BANK.
