Storytelling as an Artistic Tool
Visual Communication and Performative Practices

This course delves into the potential of storytelling as an artistic tool and a knowledge production, with a specific focus on queer-feminist and post-migrant narratives. Through looking at visual and performative practices, collaborative projects, practical exercises and theoretical discussions, students will develop an understanding of different artistic methods and visual cultures to create stories that support visions of a future that are moved by forces of indignation, desire, and new kinds of relationality.

Active participation in discussions, and reading the texts are an integral part of the seminar. 

Presenting/realizing a project at the end of the semester.

The seminar will be held in English.
