“Instagramism” is the aesthetic of the new global digital youth classes that emerge in the early 2010s [1].
The online art experiences make all kinds of artworks to be adjusted in a highly interactive process. If an artist is supposed to propose new ways of seeing and creating, it’s worrying when social media platforms feel like they’re turning us all into sycophantic clones [2]. During the course, we will discuss how to deal with social media as artists within and beyond their forms and capacities.
