Camouflage strategies of disappearance 

The course will revolve around this topic and evolve from the practice of drawing: on paper, using paper. penci,l pen, finger, arm.....but also the head. 

After three sessions in Room 201, TransArts, Vordere Zollamtstrasse 7, the course will continue on Wed . 22, Friday 25.11., Saturday 26.11. and 27.11 from 11.00 to 5 pm. Room 204 is reserved from Wednesday 22 November until Wednesday, 6. December for participants of the course, regardless from which department, however, TransArts students will be given preference.

The course is considered as a build-up and will continue into the summer semester 2024. A presentation of the final works is planned during the Festival at the end of June 2024. 

Continuous documentation of the work done during the semester. A PDF of the documentation as well as a short text  and presentation at the end of the semester.  TransArts can provide equipment for the documentation, however, only to be used during the ourse.

Paper and basic drawing materials will be provided. Please bring along your own materials as well. 

Visits to exhibitions / museums are planned, but as students will have a space reserved for 2 full weeks during November, I hope they will fully avail of it to work undisturbed for 2 weeks (also after the 5 pm) without having to leave the room after the class. Besides the work they are developing or experimenting with can be left in the room during this time.
