2023S, Projektarbeit (PA), 2.0 ECTS, 1.0 semester hours, course number S04231

Description

The course participants collectively design a fictitious exhibition scenario incorporating their own artistic position. This organizational and implementation concept is conceived on the basis of real funding and financing formats. To support this, guest speakers with expertise in various funding options will also be invited. Different formats will be discussed together, taking into account and combining artistic and economic aspects. The analysis of various funding instruments, as well as the discussion of possible business forms, will be included for successful planning. Students will work individually as well as in teams. Through group and individual feedback, entrepreneurial as well as practical, artistic skills for the realization of projects will be learned. Through the joint development of an exhibition format and the different areas of expertise of the students, their cooperative skills as well as competencies in transdisciplinary and independent work will be strengthened.
