Description

Code & Repräsentation V is an artistic seminar dedicated to the study and development of interactive video installations with a focus on perception.

Acknowledging the haptic qualities of images recognised by art theorists (Laura Marks, 2000&2002) as a strategy of body affection, this seminar will focus on innovative ways of employing visual haptic interaction models through video processing and physical interfaces. The students will be encouraged to create their own interactive video installation by combining the use of microcontrollers (Arduino, Lilypad, Flora, Teensy) with video, programmed through processing.org

All students, regardless their electronics and programming skills are welcome to join.
