Description
The seminar includes an overview from the beginning of film documentary with historic and current genre examples in different media formats.
The basics of cinematic language, the confrontation with a time concept within documentary, dicussing different aspects of cinematic perception and analysis of rhythm and montage are keystones of the practiced film perception as well as preparation for a practical implementation and presentation of a short documentary in summer semester 2023.
Examination Modalities
Summersemester:
60% presence and presentation of a short documentary
at end of semester.
