Description

The course serves as preparation for the Conservation Teaching Workshop in Bangkok. The main aim is students individually preparing a project paper on a selected topic in conservation practice, related to their planned Master thesis. Topics will be assigned in the first and second lecture. Students will afterwards prepare a comprehensive literature research and a teaching manual on their topic. The teaching itself will be incorporated in the workshop in February 2023. Progress and content of students' individual work will be discussed in meetings with the supervisor. The course also addresses academic writing practice and will offer possibility to discuss topics for the Master thesis.

Regular attendance (at least 80% presence)

Active participation in discussions

Individual work (literature research, presentation, final paper/handout)
