This term we are coming to terms with the "concept" of institution building as an applied practice of artistic empowerment. We attempt to constructively question ideas of unstable configurations, stable strategies as well as a model that consolidates the potentials of both variants towards a, albeit slowly, growing (artist led) institution. The proposal acts as a laboratory that plans a collective structure consisting of individual components. This alternative institution is a showcase of problematizing the relationship between authorship and institution, the individual and the collective, the political and its alternatives.
