The students will be informed by the teachers by the end of September of the confirmation of the workplace in the act room by e-mail or telephone.
At the beginning of the semester, students are required to register for a specific day (MON/TUE/WED/TH) and a fixed course unit (1st block or 2nd block). The workplace assigned by the department is binding for the planned day of the week and block of hours for the entire semester. Students can also take two blocks if the number of registrations allows it. But here, too, fixed times must be observed throughout the semester (e.g. block 1 on Tuesday and block 2 on Thursday).
To be announced by the students:
Name, matriculation number, field of study, branch of study, section of study, desired date and possible alternative date. Certificates already obtained from courses in the department, reason for attending the course, contact details: e-mail, telephone number
Due to the limited space available, the allocation of space will be based on Article 5 Paragraph 7 of the Articles of Association!
(7) With the exception of individual artistic tuition, courses are open to all regular students of the Applied Sciences. If there is limited space, preference should be given to students who need the space to successfully complete their studies. When allocating places, students are to be given the following priority: regular students, compulsory subjects regular students, regular students as electives, optional subjects only for courses in non-artistic subjects, non-degree students.
The attendance of the students is recorded by means of an attendance list. Your presence is confirmed by your own signature!
