Description
The course deals with basic drawing skills relevant for the depiction of spacial things. The focus is on communicating shape, tonal value, colour and verisimilitude. Topics will be various approaches to object studies, ratio and direction, shading and hatching methodically, the effective use of graphite and coloured pencil, charcoal, fine liner/pen and nib, alcohol markers, water colour, gouache and mixed media.
