A. SHORT DESCRIPTION

Subtitle of the course: Supervision and intervision of the challenges in the professional field of school; Reflection and analysis of teaching, pedagogical positions and methodical-didactic models 

B. TEACHING AND LEARNING METHODS, ORGANIZATION

Techniques of supervision, intervision and reflection; IT-Settings in regard to reports from teaching procedures and techniques, reports on cooperative forms of teaching, dialogue and discussion, critical reflection and critical-analytical presentation of teaching settings and their documentation .

C. COURSE OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED LEARNING COMPETENCES

1. Students reflect on the planning and implementation of learning and teaching settings in terms of design, content, methodology, didactics and technology, and recognize and apply research to improve professional practice.

2. Students evaluate, reflect and analyze school practice, focusing on:

  • Contextualization of practical experience in the scientific and theoretical reference framework of the literature.
  • Reflect action strategies in problematic situations, with the teacher's attitude being subject-related.

3. The students experience and reflect criteria of external evaluation to stimulate the permanent extension of the quality of instruction.

D. COURSE TOPICS

1. Perception of teaching and learning settings of the internship through participation, reflection and supervision.

2. Adaptive teaching design: Constructive, perspective and solution-oriented reflection of teaching fields.

3. Evaluation of design processes in the learning and vocational field of school.  Moderation from supervision to practical / didactic concepts from the professional context of teaching practice.

Prüfungsmodalitäten

Active patricipation in the supervision procedures; project-oriented work, reports from  observing and teaching practice, analysis, reflection, discussion, project documentation  45%;  Final (oral) presentation 45%; Presence 10%.
