This seminar focuses on the experience of the human speaking voice as a medium of art mediation, as well as an artistic means of performance. Basic voice training will be taught: The carrying capacity of the voice, is promoted, the communicative contact to the counterpart is tested, the conductivity of the body as a resonance space is improved. The exercises refine the feeling for one's own voice in the body and help to connect with the surrounding space. Confidence in one's own voice is strengthened and its versatility can be discovered. In addition, examples of performative works on the topic will be analyzed and theoretical references will be included. This seminar will lay the foundations for individual artistic project work.
