Urban Strategies Integration provides the framework for pre-thesis articulation with an expertise focus on the respective subject. In individual meetings students will be guided through the process of formulating a hypothesis and anchoring the argumentation for their current semester projects.
The work progress will be mainly reflected in individual feed-back and dialogue, and additional group discussions (if meaningful) at crucial moments during the process within the semester

Continuous assessment during the development of the work. Presentation written/visual documentation, weighted in accordance to individual project attempts.

The course is offered for architecture students in their 5th semester (pre-diploma semester) only. A collective preliminary meeting will be scheduled once registration is closed and with sufficient time after studio-kick offs to reflect on the respective semester-topics.
