Description

In this proseminar we will deal with the basics of the subject "Bildnerische Erziehung" (BE) in the school system: What kind of teaching helps pupils to understand images, to create images themselves, to perceive them consciously in everyday life, to use them meaningfully and to use them effectively? How do we deal responsibly with grading the performance of our students in the school context? How do we find adequate assessment criteria and to what extent do they help us in lesson planning?

The starting point of this course is the own creative activity (expertise) of the participating students. This is to be translated into an teaching idea for the subject Bildnerische Erziehung. These developed concepts are presented and discussed by the participants in the group and contextualised and written down in the form of a scientific proseminar paper.

Examination Modalities

  • consistent attendance (maximum of three excused absences), active participation in the course and timely completion of the assignments.
  • Absences due to illness must be documented with a doctor's certificate. If there are more than three absences, the course must be repeated or supplemented by selected and documented courses from Experimentierlabor Bits and Bites.
  • Presentation of an own artistic work and its translation into a teaching concept.
  • timely submission of a subject-didactic-scientific proseminar paper of approximately 10,000 characters (without spaces) according to the specifications of Zentrum Didaktik für Kunst und interdisziplinären Unterricht. These deadlines must be met.
    1st deadline: 30 June 2022
    2nd deadline: 31 July 2022
    3rd deadline: 31 August 2022

Comments

  • The prerequisite for participation is the completion of the course Einführung in die Fachdidaktik.
  • The course is to be completed at the same time as Orientierungspraktikum (OP) and Supervision OP.
