Description

With life drawing, an essential component of object study, a discipline of ever-changing combinations of historical examples and contemporary approaches, the combination of traditional and progressive as well as formally bound and artistically free content is explored.

Examination Modalities

BASIS FOR EVALUATION: 20 works: Size at least A3, preferably larger (e.g. 70x50, 80x60). Technique: preferably drawing (graphite, charcoal, India ink, crayon, fineliner, red chalk...) but also painting, mixed media, material experiments Please label the individual sheets with: Name, Matr.No., field of study, period of origin ("SS 22").

There will be 2 teaching units (as a block) offered each day, for which the admission time is fixed (at the admission, the distance must be observed):
*15:00 admission + preparation
1st block: from 15:10-15:55 and 16:00-16:45
16:45-17:00 big break
*17:00 Admission + preparation
2nd block: from 17:10-17:55 and 18:00-18:45

The confirmation of the place will be announced to the students by mail or phone by the lecturers from 28.Feb 22.
At the beginning of the semester, students are required to register for a specific day (MO/DI/MI/DO) and a fixed LV unit (1st block or 2nd block). The assigned place for the designated day of the week and block of hours is binding for the entire semester. Students may also take two blocks if the number of registrations permits. However, fixed times must be observed throughout the semester (e.g.: Block 1 on Tuesday and Block 2 on Thursday).

Due to the limited number of places available, the allocation of places will be based on the statutes §5 Ab. 7:  With the exception of individual artistic instruction, courses are open to all regular applied students. If space is limited, priority shall be given to students who need the space to successfully complete their degree. In the allocation of space, students shall be given the following priority:
regular students, as a compulsory subject
regular students, as elective subject
regular students, as free subject only for courses from non-artistic subjects
extraordinary students
co-enrolled students from other universities
Attendance list:
The recording of the students' attendance is done by means of an attendance list - the confirmation of the attendance is done by the students' own signature!
