Beschreibung

In this course, students will be introduced to current trends and developments in industrial applications of collaborative robots (cobots). They will look into the foundations of robotics, including safety and security aspects and application fields of cobots. Further topics include human-robot interaction, skills, and future manufacturing work. Finally, different interaction and control modalities will be taught theoretically.

After the theoretical introduction, students will program the cobot and work on hands-on exercises. This knowledge will then be used to create, plan and present an own group-based collaborative use case, where a practical implementation is not planned within the course.

The first part will be taught as a distance teaching course, the hands-on sessions will take place on-site @Pilot Factory.
