Description

The phantasmagoric dispositive

A course on Shakespeare's treatment of the miraculous, which Ludwig Tieck presents in his essay of the same name based on the analysis of "The Tempest". In addition to the question of whether, where and how the miraculous (the enchanted, the utopia, the dream or nightmare) can be experienced in the theater of today, research will be conducted into which current aesthetic, media and stage technology means are available to us for this, and for what purpose the miraculous is good at all.

& Julio Cortázar's remarks on his so-called "tunnel theory" and his way of writing fantastic literature

& some films by Ken Russell, because of the "carousel staging style typical of Ken Russell" (according to the Lexikon des internationalen Films)
